Questions & Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
The things parents ask us most often, answered plainly. If your question is not here, please call or write to the office.
Results
- How do I check my child's exam results?
- Go to the Results page, enter your child's enrollment number (for example 25VVMS0065) and their date of birth, then choose the examination. The date of birth is required as a second check so that nobody else can open your child's result. You can download the report card as a PDF from the same screen.
- What if I do not know the enrollment number?
- You can search by class and student name instead. If two children in the same class share a name, the portal shows a short list so you can pick the right one. The office can also confirm the enrollment number over the phone.
- How can I tell a report card is genuine?
- Every report card carries a QR code. Scanning it opens a verification page on this website that confirms the card was issued by the school and has not been altered. A card without a working QR code should be queried with the office.
- Can I ask for a mark to be re-checked?
- Yes. Open the result and use the re-check request form, giving the subject and the reason. The request goes to the school office, who will respond using the phone number or email you provide.
Admissions
- How do I apply for admission?
- Fill in the admission enquiry form on this website with the student's name, the parent's name and a phone number. The office will call you to arrange a visit and explain the next steps. You can also telephone the school directly.
